My name is Bex. I’m severely (read: will put me in the ER) allergic to dairy, eggs, tree nuts and peanuts and have been ever since I was born. So I’ve had some close calls and frustrating moments in my life (You can actually find me on a TV segment called “Edible Enemies” recounting a story about how I got an allergic reaction after making out with someone who had just eaten half a carton of ice cream).
But I love food, love cooking and vegan baking, and I do enjoy eating out – despite being allergic to half the food pyramid. And I love to write, so I figured I’d start a blog.
